Review of inspections - invitation to tender

The Human Tissue Authority (HTA) is commissioning a number of consultants to assist in carrying out a review of its inspection process.
The HTA licences a wide range of establishments to carry out activities involving human tissue as set out in human tissue legislation, including our founding legislation the Human Tissue Act 2004 and related regulations.
This project is a core strategic objective of the HTA for 2022/23.
More detail on the planned workstreams and the scope of the review of inspections project is set out in the Invitation to Tender document, for which tenders are invited.
The deadline has now been extended to Monday 24 October.
